YOU

Visit here for more of these!

YOU ARE the average of the 5 people closest to you. If you want to know where your life is going, look closely at these 5 people:
Their gifts
Their talents
And Other Qualities.

"Show me your friends and I will show you your future and tell you who you are."

"It’s the small habits. How you spend your mornings. How you talk to yourself. What you read and what you watch. Who you share your energy with. Who has access to you. That WILL CHANGE YOUR LIFE." - Michael Tonge

Are YOU happy to be the average of your 5?

If the answer is YES, celebrate each other and use your collective force to create the life of your dreams.

If the answer is NO, acknowledge it without judgement. It can be a starting point for something great.

I believe WE ALL can have more friends and supporters, and more vibrant and uplifting energy that comes with new connections.

"If you can surround yourself with people who will never let you settle for less than you can be, you have the greatest gift that anyone can hope for.” – Tony Robbins

5 TIPS TO HELP YOU FIND CONNECTIONS THAT WILL SHAPE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BEST:

1. BE THE PERSON YOU ARE LOOKING FOR
Shine your light as bright as you can, let them know you are here! Your vibe will attract your tribe.

2. BE READY TO LEARN
Look for people who are more knowledgeable than you, people who can teach you what you need to know. Those who already accomplished what you want to accomplish.

"If you are the smartest person in the room, you're in the wrong room." - Confucius

3. FIND SUPPORTERS
Look for people who work hard to achieve their own dreams. The visionaries who will support your wildest ideas and encourage you to follow your dreams.

“Keep away from people who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great ones make you feel that you, too, can become great.” - Mark Twain

4. STAY POSITIVE
Look for people who see obstacles as opportunities and stay positive when things get tough.

“Tough times don’t last. Tough people do.”

5. TRUST THE JOURNEY
I believe we are all divinely guided and protected. It’s presence is never an absence, it's always here for us. We can ask for guidance when we need it and trust it will come to us.

When we trust, we let go of our worries. Worries are success blockers. Trust removes them and gives us a boost of energy we can use to achieve anything we want.

Conclusion:
Who we spend the most time with is who we eventually become. What we don't change we choose. What we invest the most time and energy into, always grows and becomes great.

The Alegrba on Happiness

10 Lessons From The Algebra on Happiness by Scott Galloway

1. SWEAT
The ratio of time you spend sweating to watching others sweat is a forward-looking indicator of your success. Show me a guy who watches ESPN every night, spends all day Sunday watching football, and doesn’t work out, and I’ll show you a future of anger and failed relationships. Show me someone who sweats every day and spends as much time playing sports as watching them on TV, and I’ll show you someone who is good at life.

2. PASSION, VALUES, MONEY

The best romantic partnerships I know of are synced up on three things. They are physically attracted to each other. Sex and affection establish your relationship as singular and say “I choose you” nonverbally. Good sex is 10 percent of a relationship, but bad sex is 90 percent of a relationship. However, this is where most young people end their due diligence. You also need to ensure that you align on values like religion, how many kids you want, your approaches to raising kids, your proximity to your parents, sacrifices you’re willing to make for economic success, and who handles which responsibilities. Money is an especially important value for alignment, as the number one source of marital acrimony is financial stress. Does your partner’s contribution to, approach to, and expectations about money—and how it flows in and out of the household—fit with yours?

3. MONEY IS IMPORTANT
There is a correlation between how much money you have and how happy you are. Money can buy happiness, to a point. But once you reach a certain level of economic security, the correlation flattens. More money won’t make you less happy, either (also a myth). So, yes, work your ass off and get some semblance of economic stability. But take notes on the things that give you joy and satisfaction, and start investing in those things. Pay special attention to things that bring you joy that don’t involve mind-altering substances or a lot of money.

For daily tips like this, visit here

4. INVEST EARLY, AND OFTEN

There’s an old saying that compound interest is the most powerful force in the universe. The notion of putting money away is most important to the cohort that least understand it—young people—as “long term” is not a concept they’ve grasped. Many talented young people assume they’re so awesome that they’ll make a shit-ton of money. Okay, maybe . . . but just in case it doesn’t rain Benjamins, start putting away money early and often. Don’t think of it as saving—think of it as magic.

5. AVOID ALCOHOL

The Harvard Medical School Grant Study was the largest study on happiness, tracking three hundred nineteen-year-old men for seventy-five years and looking at what factors made them less or more happy. The presence of one thing in a man’s life predicted unhappiness better than any other factor: alcohol. It led to failed marriages, careers coming off the tracks, and bad health.

6. INVEST IN EXPERIENCE, NOT THINGS
Studies show that people overestimate the amount of happiness things will bring them and underestimate the long-term positive effect of experiences. Invest in experiences over things. Drive across the country rather than buy the latest car. Go to Yankari rather than buy the lattest gadget.

7. RESILIENCE / FAILURE = SUCCESS

Everyone experiences failure and tragedy. You will get fired, lose people you love, and likely have periods of economic stress. The key to success is the ability to mourn and then move on.

8. DON’T FOLLOW YOUR PASSION

People who speak at universities, especially at commencement, who tell you to follow your passion—or my favorite, to “never give up”—are already rich. And most got there by starting waste treatment plants after failing at five other ventures—that is, they knew when to give up. Your job is to find something you’re good at, and after ten thousand hours of practice, get great at it. The emotional and economic rewards that accompany being great at something will make you passionate about whatever that something is. Nobody starts their career passionate about tax law. But great tax lawyers are passionate about colleagues who admire them, creating economic security for their families, and marrying someone more impressive than they are.

9. LEARN FROM FAILURE

Scott Galloway shares his story here. “In High school, I ran for sophomore, junior, and senior class president. I lost all three times. Based on this track record, it was obvious I should run for student body president. I did, and I (wait for it) lost. I was also cut from the baseball and basketball teams. I remember my mom and I going to Junior’s Deli on Sepulveda to celebrate my admittance to UCLA after initially being rejected.

Arriving on campus, I rushed five different fraternities and got admitted to one, as they were looking to fill a room in the house with someone who’d help pay the dues. When I graduated, I interviewed at twenty-two firms and got one offer, from Morgan Stanley.

I applied to several MBA programs and was rejected by Stanford, Indiana, Wharton, Duke, UT Austin, and Kellogg. I was admitted by UCLA and Berkeley Haas with the same narrative I pitched to UCLA the first time: “I’m an unremarkable kid, but I’m your [California’s] unremarkable kid.”'

In business school, I ran for class president, and lost. Since graduating from business school, I have started nine businesses. Most have failed.”

10. THREE THINGS FOR YOUR WORK LIFE
• Show up early.
• Have good manners.
• Follow up.

Book of 'As A Man Thinketh'

5 Lessons I Learned From The Book ‘As a Man Thinketh’

Before you start reading, visit here for daily motivational tips and stories.

1) You Become What You Think

You are what you are right now because of the thoughts you once had or have. If you want to change yourself, you should first start with changing your thoughts. All the actions of man arise from the hidden seeds of thoughts.

Just with the right choice and application of thought, man can ascend to divine perfection; while with wrong choice and application of thought, he can rise below the level of the beast.

Good thoughts and results can never produce bad results; bad thoughts and actions can never produce good results.

2)Your Mind is Like a Garden
The author creates an analogy of our mind with the garden. We either choose to cultivate our mind wisely or let it run wild. If we don’t plant the seeds of beautiful flowers in our garden, the garden will itself produce some useless weeds.

Just as the gardener weeds out all unnecessary plants it is the responsibility of every individual to plant the right seeds, nurture them, and at the same time put out all the weeds. When we do this, our life becomes beautiful. But if we do the exact opposite and feed the weeds, our life becomes a mess.

FOR YOUR BRAIN: Developing your mindset

3) Thoughts Not Just Affect Mentally, But Also Physically
How and what we think has a significant impact not just on the mental level but also physical level. The body is the servant of mind and it obeys the order of mind be it deliberately chosen or automatically expressed.

The author argues that the people who live in constant fear of disease are the ones who actually get it. Therefore being healthy is not just about the body, it’s also more about the mind.

Change of diet will not help a man who will not change his thoughts.

Thoughts also affect how we age. If we just pause for a second and observe the people around us, we can see people in their nineties with bright smiling faces. But we also can see the people who are just in their mid-thirties whose face is drawn into unharmonious contours. Mr Pawan

4)You Are Not Shaped by Your Circumstances

If you believe you can’t get something just because you came from a different background or because your environment doesn’t support you, you are wrong my friend. You are not shaped by the circumstances rather the outer world of circumstances shapes itself into the inner world of your thoughts.

No matter what the circumstances are, you always have the freedom to choose how to respond. And the best response is always to choose to focus on the areas you have control of. When you focus on what you have control over and improve that way, you win in life.

Men are anxious to improve their circumstances, but are unwilling to improve themselves; they, therefore, remain bound.

5)Actions And Thoughts Must Go Together
The knowledge preached by some of the self-help gurus about thoughts is that you will achieve whatever you think if you just believe it. This is also represented as a law of attraction and the idea is sold to many people.

James Allen, who is also considered as the pioneer of the self-help movement was clear that just having thoughts are not enough. Thoughts are just the starting point. And if we don’t harmonize our thoughts with the right actions, we will never accomplish what we are set to.

Just wishing for things and waiting for them to come to you will not help you in any way. You must go out, take action and earn it, whatever it is you want.

Types of Quotients(I.Q, E.Q, S.Q and A.Q)

                        5 mins read ⏳

Some children are better at sports while others are better at playing instruments, socializing, painting and so on.
Why is that so?
Every child has his/her own talent, of course which can be born with or developed later during childhood/adulthood.

Note: Everyone is unique in his or her own way

Research has proven that there are four main types of Quotients.

1). Intelligence Quotient(I.Q)
Intelligence quotient is a total score derived from a set of standardized tests or subtests designed to assess human intelligence.

An Intelligence Quotient is a measure of what psychologists call our “fluid and crystallized intelligence.” Put simply, an IQ test measures your reasoning and problem-solving abilities. This includes reasoning ability, problem solving ability, ability to perceive relationships between things and the ability to store and retrieve information.

2). Emotional Quotient(E.Q)
This is the measure of your ability to maintain peace with others, keep to time, be responsible and honest, respect boundaries, relationship stuffs and so on.

3). Social Quotient(S.Q)
This is the measure of your ability to build a network of friends and maintain it over a long period of time.

4). Adversity Quotient (A.Q)
The measure of your ability to go through a rough patch in life and come out without loosing your mind.
AQ determines who will give up in face of troubles and may abandon their families, to be authentically optimistic and be able to take necessary risks, thrive on change and remain healthy.

Finally, develop your E.Q, S.Q and A.Q.
People that have higher E.Q, A.Q and S.Q tend to go farther in life than those with high I.Q but low E.Q, A.Q and S.Q. Most schools capitalize in improving I.Q level while E.Q, A.Q and S.Q are played down.

A man of high I.Q can end up being employed by a man of high E.Q, A.Q and S.Q even though he has an average I.Q.

Your E.Q represents your character.
Your A.Q represents how far you'll go.
Your S.Q represents your charisma.
Give in to habits that will improve these four Qs but more especially your EQ, A.Q and SQ.

Baba Vanga Predictions for 2023

                  4 mins read⏳

Happy New Year Everyone!!!

I bet everyone's excited for 2023!!!

Congrats for coming into 2023!!!

Wondering what will happen this year?
No worries, I've got you covered.
According to a blind psychic known as the Nostradamus of the Balkans, Baba Vanga, who died 27 years ago in 1996 aged 84, made five terrifying prophecies for 2023 before her death.

1. SOLAR STORM
She predicted that the Earth will witness a solar storm in 2023.

During the storm, the solar surface erupts and sends plasma and electrically charged particles towards Earth which could form an aurora, which of course can lead to mass blackouts, communication breakdowns and so on.

2. CHANGE IN EARTH’S ORBIT
A global nuclear disaster might be the cause of the Earth changing its orbit.

3. LAB BABIES
According to her, parents will be able to decide the color, height, weight and other characteristics of their babies before they are born.
Research is going on to make it possible and as per biotechnologists' calculations, lab babies will take years to become reality.

4. ALIEN ATTACK
One of the predictions of Baba Vanga was an alien attack. According to her, millions of people will die if aliens visit the planet in 2023.

5. DRAUGHT
The prediction appeared to have some weight to it because earlier this year it was reported that Kent residents were issued a water warning for 'essential use only'.

The locals where warned by South East Water to reduce their water use as heightened demand and sweltering temperatures had already moved the county to 'Red status'.

However it's not just the UK seeing water shortages because in July it was reported countries like Portugal and Italy were telling citizens to try and restrict their water usage.

6. Bio-weapons:
Bio-weapons which are a subset of weapons of mass destruction, produced for the intention of causing mass destruction.
As per Baba Vanga’s prediction, a ‘big country’ will carry out biological weapons research thereby resulting in the deaths of thousands of people.
